Well.... I have a lot of firearms that have been reliable 99% of the time...
I also have some that I have not used enough to make a judgement...
However, of the ones I have used a LOT, most have had at least a bobble or two...
My pet M70 .280 has had some trigger problems, as has my M700 Mountain Rifle in .7-08..
I've hunted with several auto shotguns and all have been mostly dependable, but all of them have malfuntioned at least once or twice..
I have a Browning Citori whose safety binds once in awhile...Enough to make me miss a few birds over the years..
One gun that has ALWAYS funtioned flawlessly... An Ithaca SKB M 100 side by side in 20 gauge... I've had it for over 30 years, and shot 100s, probably over 1000 rounds through it, and it has never missed a lick...

My old H&K made Benelli M1 90, purchased used over 15 years ago and have killed many deer with it, nick named Black Death. Second gun was purchased just for a back up but I pick it up more and more, it is a Tikka Lite SS in 243. Has shot anything I have loaded in the gun sub MOA, handloads 1/2 MOA. Very little recoil and has dropped every deer shot at in their tracks except one that went about 40 yards. My then six year old killed three with the Tikka last year, dropped all three in their tracks.

Its a toss for me either the BPS 3" 12ga or the 50s vintage Winchester model 12.
Then there's the 1903-A3 or the 48-22 Yugo Mauser.
My Blackhawk in 45 Colts. Lot of faith in my Hi-Power clone too.
If you meant end of the world like then its gotta be the Marlin 1894 and the Security Six only because I don't have the other Mauser bbl'd for 460 S&W/410/45 Colts to go with the BlackHawk.
