I have a remington 7mm-08 that I can't fire most factory ammo out of because the neck is so tight. but its the most accurate gun I got with handloads. I am not exactly sure hot it left the factory. It was made in 1982.
it shoots so good, I wouldn't touch that chamber.

Hey guys,
update on my gun... Gunsmith called today and said it was done. He said chamber was a little tight from the factory and also found a few small burrs. Gave it a ream and repolish and fired 10 rounds without any issues. I also had him remove the Simmons scope the previous owner had on it and replaced with a Nikon Prostaff and boresighted. I was charged $70
He said the bore/rifling/crown all looked great and it should be a very nice shooter for years to come.
