What' s the lightest but stiffest stock for a Remington BDL
Looking for a light but stiff synthetic for a 300 Ultra BDL I want to shave a few ounces off of and move away from the gloss (and weight) of the wood stock. What' s the lightest but still quality stock that I should condider. I have a McMillan but sure is a heavy replacement?

I have just ordered and received a Bell & Carlson. NICE STOCK! The stock is very attractive, light, and stiff. They have many styles and colors to choose from. They are reasonably priced ($150-$250).

I don' t think I' d ever " re-stock" with anything but H-S precisions, I love em, what can I say?
(of course that' s only on " synthetic" re-stocks, I like keeping things wood unless they have a reason to turn " synthetic" , i.e. in my hunting rifles who don' t really care about how they shoot at a half mile.)
