Out of my 7mag I load 150gr nosler bt and 160gr nosler partitions, both have proved well over the years. I loaded up some 139 and 140grbut they seemed to be a bit soft on deer. I had some of those fragment.

Can't go wrong with a 150g BT for deer-size game. If you hunt for elk you'll want something better (160g Accubond). Since I hunt both that is what I use, 1 load for both and works great for either.
