New Deer Hunting Pistol 7mm-08

The good thing about the encore is that with the intro of the Pro-hunter, alot of used encore frames are popping up, and if you find one cheap you can splurge on a good barrel and scope.
Whats the difference between the encore and the pro hunter ??
If any ??

no difference in the frame, except the pro hunter is always stainless. All barrels, forearms, stocks etc are interchangeable.
on the pro hunter they made the "swing hammer" so you don't have to put a side hammer spur on to be able to cock the gun easy with a scope, the muzzleloader barrel has the "easy breach" where the specialty tool removes the breach with a 1/4turn, the rifle stock has a recoil reducer in it, and they come with 28''fluted barrels.

nothinspecial or anyone that knows for sure ??
Wondering why they list the Ecore barrels and Encore Pro Hunter barrels with different part #,s
Are they interchangable ???
I,ve beeen checking around at local dealers for new or used .
Best price I,ve got so far is Encore blue/wood 15" $560.00
Encore stainless rubber 15" barrel $605.00
Encore Pro Hunter blue 15" barrel wood $606.00
Encore Pro Hunter stainless 15" barrel rubber $641.00
All include taxes and shipping .... And all 7mm-08 cal.
Whats a good scope to get as far as high and size ??
I had a burris 2-7x32 ? on my Striker ..
I ended up getting a Rifle scope for it but never had a chance to try it .
The pistol scopes seam to have to much eye relief for me ...

Just noticed T/C says ....
Note: All Pro Hunter barrels are fluted. To order separate stocks & forends, see page20 & 21. Sights included on Encore 24" barrels only; peep sights standard on Katahdin.
I guess the regular Encore barrels arent fluted .
Will this help in accuracy ??[&:]
