I only own one centerfire...A 1980 Ruger M-77 in .243 with a Leupold VX-II 3x9x40, for whitetails it's all I need...
My bow is a 1994? vintage Mountaineer, I've killed at least 40 deer with it and I love it...I don't use a release, still shoot fingers so most of the current bows are too short, guess I'll keep it until it breaks...
But my favorite deer weapon is a .54 caliber flintock that I finished in 1990...It gives me more range than the bow and it's more challenging than a modern centerfire...

My favorite weapon-boy that is easy. My Girl Friend. She is a real killer.
Great shot Ridge Runner. I am pretty sure there is something else in that picture that you are more proud of(Hint: not the dog). Tom.

My model 70 carbine, in .308. Winchester caliber in a winchester rifle. One of the most popular, versatile and accurate cartriges ever. My rifle is probably around 35 years old, has been used alot and shows it, but it shoots straight and works perfectly. It wears a Simmons whitetail classic in 1.5 x 5 x 20.A fairly cheap scope and I've had some issues with it but they are resolved. A sweet rig that I have utmost confidence in and never intend to part with. I've made about a dozen one shot kills with it. I use 150 gr core locks.

Mine would be a Ruger Super Blackhawk Convertible. Stainless gun, polished, 4 5/8 barrel, has 2 cylinders, 1 for .45ACP and 1 for .45Colt. My grandfather bought it for me before he died of cancer over a year ago, it is very special to me.

Seriously, my favorite weapon for hunting: A WHIP!
A dolphin just tastes better when it was whipped.
That and a 270 win.
