Darned if I know now that you mention it. Its a LH Bolt. The guy I got it from had a bad hand and he screwed a long lag bolt into the stock at the forened then fiber glassed around it to make a undergrip to hold onto. I really need to cut the stock off in front and add a forend cap of either plastic or hardwood. It would be a dandy looking rifle then and it shoots great.

Im still looking for a 22 mag rifle...but congrats to youJB sounds like a good one.

Thinning them out eh? I havent had much luck on that either -but i have slowed down a bit& bought a lot less in the last 5 yrs or so
