I got one for my 10/22, it looks and feels great.
I had to do some sanding to allow for my oversized saftey to fit. My mags do not come out very easy either, i may need to sand to get a little more room so the mags don't rub.

Also, my biggest concern, I can't fit a dollar bill under the barrel between the stock. Should i sand down the barrel area on the stock so I can eliminate the stock/barrel contact?

Where did you get it? I'm interested in the custom 10/22 game. Have you been to rimfirecentral.com?
