The title of the thread says it. The thread "The bad rap on Ballistic Tips" got me to wondering.

Do you personally use NOSLER Ballistic Tips (since people in the other post seem to get confused about who makes the Ballistic Tip), on deer sized animals?

why do i use them? because they just plain work.

I will not use them anymore for reasons stated before. I will not go into detail because my honesty/integrity was questioned before.

2 of my friends use them I just prefer Nosler Partitions better

i use them, dad uses them, most of my crew uses them. bang, tag, gut, drag, throw in truck and take it back to the farm is our results...

me and most of my crew use the Winchester loads in 3006 and 308. we just like the silver casings

those winchester's do have the cool factor locked up

i have 2 friends that i used to load them for ,140 grn 270 . after loseing bucks because of the bullets blowing up on shoulder blades they have both stopped using them.they are fine as long as you make that perfect behind the shoulder shot.
