Any recommendations on a load for deer/bear for .357 mag revolver?

At close range the .357 is enough for game you mentioned but I'd feel better with bigger,heavier bullet with more energy. The best loads would be preminum loads with 158-180 gr bullets loaded "hot" like cor-bon or such loading.

16gr of Lilgununder a 180 xtp or 18gr of lilgun with the 158gr.

I get 1900fps with the 158 out of a marlin 94
