I am looking to purchase a new Over-Under 12 gauge soon and am looking to spend from about 800-1100 dollars and would like any opinions and input. I would also like it if they are from a site that you tell me the website so that I can go and look at them some more.
Thanks in advance

I have to agree with DG. I had a Citori and it was a nice gun to shoot. I had used it for hunting sharptails & ducks and it handled very nice for fast birds. Another over & under that looks good is the Beretta Whitewing. I'm not sure on the price but I have a semi-auto Beretta and have never had any problems so I'm sure the over & under has the same quality of worksmanship. Check out all options before buying .Check this site. www.beretta.com

I too like the Citoris and think highly of them.....however, you'll not likely get one for $1,100
Look long and hard at the SKB 505. It's a totally quality gun and works super....you might get one for (possibly) $900, but I believe the fit, form, and function of that gun is at least equal to the Browning.
The only over/under I'd recommend today is the citori and the SKB.
Beretta has it's fans and so does Ruger....I'm not one of them.

In addition to the quality of the overall gun another feature that I looked for was balance. That is, did the gun put most of its weight between my hands. Everyone has their likes and dislikes. Having shot competitively I liked the weight evenly distributed.
Also you didn't mention what you were primarily going to use the gun for. The ony reason I bring it up is because if you buy one of the ultra light o/u and plan on shooting a lot of sporting clays with it, you will soon enjoy the game a lot less because of the punishment in the form of recoil it will deal out. However that same gun will be a joy to carry around in the field if your purpose is for hunting only.
For the money Browning is hard to beat and unless it is used, it will be on the high end (usually higher) of your stated budget.
I don't think you will find a new Beretta in your price range.
SKB, although I have never owned one they seem like a decent gun for the money.
Ruger, I have never liked the balance of their o/u but a lot of guys shoot them. Of all the guns at the club where I shot the ruger was in the shop for repairs more than any other brand.
There are of course cheaper models from not so well known manufacturers. I own one in a 28 ga.. If your only going to shoot the gun now and then these might fit your bill. But if you plan on shooting it fairly often I wouldn't buy one. I don't think they will stand up to the punishment in the long run.
Good luck.

I am also a fan of the Red Label, never had any problems with mine though. However I am an occasional trap shooter and waterfowler. I probably don't shoot 600 rounds per year. I have always wanted to look at the Weatherby Orion, also didn't Remington reserect the old model 32. That should be in your price range if you can find one.
