Will a Savage 111 fit into a 110 stock? I just got a synthetic 111 but want to drop it into a walnut stock from Boyds.

Assuming they are both same length,is your 111 have a blind mag? Or floorplate? If your rifle has floorplate,and stock is blind,all you have to do is remove bottom wood to convert it to floorplate style. Best I remember most of the 110s(at least older 1s) were blind mag style
