RE: PMC ammo
I have used PMC ammo and its not bad.I've used them in a 243win,30-30wim and my 270win. Accuracy is about 1"-11/2" at 100 yrds out of my 270win with 150gr. Not the most accurate out of my 270win.Not sure what spirepoint bullet that thay are using.Does a good job on deer.
And the price is good $16.00can a box.

RE: PMC ammo
I've used the Eldorado in 30/06 with the 180 grain X-bullet for several years. I tried them initially because I don't reload anymore and got tired of paying for Fed Premiums. I have found them to be as accurate through my Win Mod 70 /06 as anything I've used.
Had nothing but good experience with them; can't say as if they are indeed "underloaded" or not except that ballistic charts show them about the same as standard US factory loadings for 30/06 except for various "extended range" or "light magnum" loads.
I've fired them at three bull elk, longest about 200yds. All three went down quickly. Penetration seemed exceptional. Used them on a black bear at about 175yds.-basically destroyed both shoulders with one hit.
Certainly can't complain and the price encourages me to shoot more (practice)!
