Trying to pattern for turkeys. Cant come close to a good pattern. Only getting like 4-5 pellets in the neck/head area, Shooting Winchester X's 3/12, 2 OZ, 5 shot. usually the stock choke that came with the gun. Any help would be very appreciated.

At what range? I couldn't get my factory choke tube to pattern very well beyond 30 yards on my 835, so I bought the Undertaker and I would highly recommend it. I've shot a bird with it @ 42 yards and it anchored it without so much as a kick of it's leg. Beautiful pattern @ 40 yards.

I had an 835 that also didn't pattern with the factory choke. I tried one other choke that didn't work much better so I sold it. I have a Stoeger 2000 and I'm much happier.

the load you are using may also be hurting you. Some gun shoot better with diferent loads. Remington Nitro Pheasant loads pattern pretty well out of my 835. Maybe the Nitro Turkey will as well.
