setting looks aside , what really matters is function , reliability , and accuracy . if it is in better condition and is a shooter , then it was a decent trade , but what shooting are you going to use it for ??

..It will be used on whitetail deer,everyone and hes brother
use them here,guess i have to keep up with the gang,and not
be a whimp about recoil..i mean around here that is all you
here 7 mag....heck i might have something else come next year
...

I feverybody uses them (7 mag), why did your friend swap for your 2506? just curious. However it sounds like a fair trade if the rifle is in fact in better condition than yours.
