depends on where you buy them and if you find a sale. i paid $780.00 for mine (all stainless with realtree hardwoods camo stock) last year. they may have come down in price by now.

If you shop you can find a standard Encore for between $500-$550. The Pro Hunter's are nice, but definitely not worth the extra money. You can buy a second barrel, and still be about even. Or you could even buy a decent scope for the difference. The PH price will definitely come down. Tom.
