i've shot at a few groundhogs with them but i've never tried to do much serious accuracy testing with them. what kind of questions do you have about them???

can you even still find them?? think they quit making them..but im not posative...everything i heard was that they are OK..but nothing great in terms of accuracy...but every gun is diffrent...i heard they quit making them because if you shoot someone with them they cant trace it back to the gun because the bullet is in a sabot....but they make sabot slugs and ML bullets?? guess your more likely to snipe someone out with a centerfire than a slug or ML? i dont know..i dont hunt people lol..but thats what i heard?

They're still listed on Remington's webpage:

I bought a box from the ammobank online. They are pretty awesome on varmints. I found this link to reloading them too.

Don't expect benchrest accuracy. I have used them and shot 3" to 4" groups at 100 yards... definately cheeper than buying another rifle. I had a buddy that could shoot 2" groups all day.
I see thay have started making the accelerators again in 30-30 and 30-06 but not in 308, wonder why.

I don't think they ever made accelerators in .308, because I think the point of the accelerator was to put a short action bullet in a long action case, or something like that, I may be wrong.

I haven't heard of .308 accelerators , though, but if they do have them, I would love to shoot them through my .308 whenever I go coyote hunting.
