Default My gun range has burned down

The hap baker gun range partially burned down. Who knows why. This stinks. I have like 5 different loads to try out. Guess I got to call my best buddy, and all around great guy Mossyoak33 and beg to use his.

So, someone must've been smoking and a box of shells blew up, I suppose, that's just crappy.


You can't use it? Who cares if there isn't a roof? I used to shoot ata shooting range that had nothing but a tree branch over a picnic table for cover.

Its maintained by the county. They won't let anyone shoot there until its fixed.

we have a few pieces of tin atop two picnic tables at each range. if it caught on fire the worse that could happen is they'd have to go out there and mark it off again haha. the clubhouse though, that's another story...

bigcountry, i'm sorry that your range burned down. Know exactly how you feel. It has been too cold to shoot very much here for nearly two months.

BC, I also feel for you! I had my own 200yd Range for over 30yrsand 6yrs agothe County sent me a letterto cease firing. Some Sub-Divisions were built about half a mile behind the mound.[:@]
