got a question on a o/u shotgun

cousin gave me a shotgun that was my uncles, came in a fitted case (broken down) it says h pendersoli on the reciever, and navy arms on the barrel. i;m thinkin pendersolie made it and navy arms importated it, any info out there?

Navy Arms made three models of O/U. All were imported from 1984 ish to 1990. The model 100 was a hammerless takedown shotgun with engraved chrome receiver. Single trigger with 3 inch chambers. Trades for about $195.
