Scope suggestions?

I'm still trying to decide which scope to buy. Looking in the $200 bracket and thinking about a Nikon Buckmaster or Leupold V-I. The scope will go on my Savage Model 24. It has a .222 Remington on top and a 3" 20 gauge on the bottom. Use it for fall turkey in PA, and for predators here in Ohio.
I'll appreciate and suggestions as I hope to buy soon.

I would buy the Leupold. Nikon's have better optics than Leupolds, but aren't near as durable.
What power of scope are you looking at?
If you reload I have some good reloading data for the triple duece.

As to power, I'll probably go for one of the variables, maybe from 3-9, or thereabouts.
Love to have some new reloading receipes for the triple duece. I really love that cartridge even though the .223 seems to have replaced it for many shooters.

The 3x9 is good choice. The all-purpose scope and usually cost less than other variables.
I'll e-mail you my favorite .222 loads.
I look for the duece to be around for quite awhile.
