need help

i'm sighting in my 30-06 180 grain rem how high do i need to be at 100 to be dead on at 250 thanks.

only way to know is to shoot at 250 and see where you hit...you can go look at remingtons sight and under ammunition goto ballsitics and see but i wouldnt live by it...id practice adn shoot at that range...

If your zeroed in at 100 yards with a 180 gr NP then you'd be 8.4 inches low at 250. Check out Remingtons web site under ammunition and they have all the ballistic info you could ask for. Here is a link.

3.3" high at 100yd. should get you close, but you have to shoot the rifle to be sure. Good luck.

Just shoot the rifle and see where it hits at whatever distance you want.

I third that!!!!!! Take it out to the distance you want and shoot it.See where it hits and adjust accordingly. All rifles shoot different.I would never second guess where it's shooting at those long distances.
