I JUST BOUGHT MY SON A ANOTHER HANDI RIFLE ITS NEW THIS YEAR THE 7.62X39 IT IS MISS FIRING 1 OUT OF 3 ROUNDS IVE SENT IT BACK AND 6THE TOLD ME THEY POLISHED THE TRIGGER AND HAMMER AND ALL THAT GOOD STUFF (YA RIGHT) THE GUN IS STILL DOING THE SAME AND I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY SENT ME SOME TEST ROUNDS THE SAME THING HAPPENED THERE NOT REAL INTERESTED IN HELPING ME ANY IDEAS WELCOME........ I HAVE SHOT WINCHESTER REMINGTON AND WOLF AND WOLF GOLD AMMO WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS THE HAMMER WILL STRIKE THE PRIMER BUT IT WONT GO OFF BUT EVER SO OFTEN?????? HELP HELP

I wish I knew how to help. Personally I believe I would go back to where I bought it and both of you call NEF and get something replaced. I bet a dealer would have more push than a customer. I might also contact marlin if I did not get satisfaction.

you should try good factory softpoit ammo first. if you reload take a couple fired cases and reprime them with with different brands. if that dosent help take the rifle to a high quaility gunsmith, if one exists.
