RE: Smith and wesson 22A
I love mine. Put about 100+ round through it with out big problem. The one problem I have with it is that with a full mag (10) it wont load the next round. If you load 9 there is no feeding problems. I think it has something to do with the grips but haven't broken it down to find out. It seems to be an easy fix.

Hi Spike horn.
I recently (6 mos ago) picked one up for me and my daughter to learn on. It is our first hand gun.
The grip is somewhat wide for her hand. In fact i thought the grip was wider than many of the 22's i tried.
We have put nearly 1500 rounds through it so far. I would estimate I have had10 rounds not chamber properly. Now that I think of it I really don't know if it was the next round after putting 10 in the clip wich would be the problem that Kodiak described. I have been using the 550 round brick of the cheapfederal amo. That may also have something to do with it
Overall I have been happy with it. We have had tons of fun and have been able to learn lots about shooting a hand gun. The price was $189 new when I bought it.
