I AM LOOKING TO CHANGE THE FRONT SIGHT ON MY 45-70. I WAS WONDERING IF A 1/16 IVORY BEAD OR A FIBER OPTIC BEAD 3/32 ,WHICH WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE???

That depends on the rear sight and what you plan on doing with the gun.

I'd use a Redfield Sourdough if I could find one. I find the fiber-optic sights to be too bright.
