Default Harrington and Richardson

I'm looking at getting one in .223 to use with as my varmit gun.
It is used but it is in prefect condition.
I can get the rifle and a 4-12 simmons scope for $270.

Is this a good deal?

I paid $240 for an Ultra new. Might be a bit high.

I really like mine. It is basically a no frills workhorse rifle. It shoots good too.
