Specifically .223,.40, and.45. I'm talking around $100 for 1000 round case or so.

For what ammo you speak of, that would be cheap...

I paid $118 for 1000 rounds of 9mm today from NatchezSS.com

try cheaper than dirt, cabelas sometimes...another magazine i get...shooters "something" cant think of the name...its like cheaper than dirt....maybe even just another line of them...places like that is all i know of......im lucky to have a good gunshop close to home that sells cases fairly cheap once in a while.....i dont think youll find 40 and 45 THAT cheap.....223, 7.62x39 ect is possible.....like pintail said 9mm runs around 120 a case usualllllly....good luck in your search......you can find it once in a while....

for .223 just look around fro surplus stuff.

For .40 or .45 Wolf will probably be the cheapest, but they will still cost about %50 more than what you are expecting.

Watch www.ammoman.com for deals. They include shipping in the price, so what may seem a little high is actually a better deal when you factor in shipping/hazmat fees. They are a very good company to deal with. I just ordered 1,000 rds of 357 sig from them the other day. And I have ordered ammo from them on several other occasions.

I just want some ammo to play around with. What is a good brand? Heard not to get wolf due to steel casing for my bushmaster. What do you all think?
