To Jones123,
When I lived in Billings about 10 years ago, Scheels was my favorite place in town. I bought my Winchester 94 30/30 there, as well as a model 70 270. I also have a Savage 12 gauge I got there as well. Does Mike (slim guy with glasses) still work there?

RE: Winchester going under
I'm feeling really lucky right now. I found a Model 70 Classic laminated in 300WSM on closeout for less than wholesale. I ordered it Monday, paid $516 with taxes, shipping, and everything and found out they were closing the plant on Tuesday. Doubt I would have gotten that price on Tuesday!!!!
