I been receiving this magazine for a year now. I think I just received my last one. It’s pretty good with lots of interesting info but it caters more to handguns. Just not my cup of tea so I haven’t renewed for this year...[>:]

Gun Tests is the only magazine I have ever subscribed to that I canceled my subscription before the 12 months was over.
I don't remember all the reasons, but they blow allot of smoke.
It left a bad taste for the magazine for me

You get what you pay for. IMO, it is impossible to gauge the quality of a particular product, (gun or whatever) by testing ONE EXAMPLE! It could be a lemon, or a standout. With an N of 1, how can the results be statistically significant? They can't.
That's the fallacy of GUN TESTS MAGAZINE!!
I would no more rely on the opinions of GUN TESTS MAG., than on the writings of the gun scribblerswho write for magazines that are getting paid to hype something.

Hairtrigger I couldn't agree more. Other then the reloading section, that mag. is not very good any more.
Just once Id like to see them try out a gun that doesnt shoot.I cant take the same oldsurprise surprise a $1000+ Swarovski worked flawlessly on a 30-06, well no sh#t.
Give me something that I can use, compare a Simmons Atec to a Vari-x II. Explain why Rugers wont come out with adj triggers. Help us understand why Remington still has those horrible locks on the back of their bolts when they dont have to. Ive yet to buy another Rem since theyve done that and prob wont until they do. Telling me a 900$ Kimber 22 LR shots half inch groups at 50yards is no help to me.
