BHW TESTS A NEW .22-250
#1
Gang,
My Dad just put together a new Rem 700 .22-250. So naturally, I volunteered to try it out... The result was this chuck taken at 150 yds with a steady wind blowing. The rifle features a new barrel and trigger job (Fox Rifles, Naples, NY). The scope is a Tasco 6-24X ,rounds a hand loads.

what kind of handload you got? if that thing would have been hit with one of my 22-250 handloads it would have been ripped open with the guts hanging out.

Don't you just love .22-250's? Great shooting guns...I replaced the factory stock on my 700VLS with a Boyd's Varmint Thumbhole...glass bedded it...shoots great!
