Default Recoil

I was wondering if there was a website where I can find the different recoils of different calibers. More specifically the 270 (Rem 700) and the 35 rem (Marlin 336).

Thanks Ed

Use the formula found at the link and you can find the recoil for any weight of rifle and any load.

Even if you look up tables on recoil, all guns in any cal. will have different recoil due to the stock designs. Don,t start worry about recoil!

The calculations only determine the recoil generated.Felt recoil is also effected by factors such as stock design, stockfit and recoil pads.
