I recently bought a single shot, bolt action .22 rifle. It's a Remington model 514.I was just wondering if some one could tell me how old it is or if there was a way to find out. Also maybe a price range for what it's worth.

Manufactured between 1948 and 1971.

"Gun Values" book indicates worth between $40--$135.
