They were made in Canada for Winchester in the early '70s, and were a pretty good, solid gun. I had one in 20 gauge, my first shotgun. Wish I still had it! 28 gauges are really popular with skeet shooters, and are somewhat better than any .410. The 370 didn't last long on the market, they cost more than H&Rs and Savages, and that killed them off, quickly. Too bad, they were pretty decent for a single barrel shotgun.

As far as I know they were the same thing as a model 37 except they (12 ga.) shot a 3" shell and were newer.IMHO the model 37 is about one of the best single shot shotguns made.
