Not only do these "perforating bullets" leave better blood trails, they let more cold air into the inside of the animal......

I mant a hole all the way through. I had a few experiences with bullets "dispensing all of their energy inside the animal" and the results were mixed at best. I lost about half as many as I found due to lack of blood trail.
