Muskie reports?
#1
It's prime time for muskies in Ohio.
The water is beginning to cool, the weed beds are beginning to change color slightly and I'm in twisted up over both muskie fishing and the upcoming deer season in Ohio. I am not sure if that is good or bad, but I do know that both are occupying to much of my thoughts!
Anyone doing any good on the muskies?
I am heading for Leesville, Ohio in the morning with my partner, Larry.
Last year about this time, I scored a 47 incher.

VC,
Well look at it this way, If you win the lottery(or are independantly wealthy now) you fish for Muskies till the 5th and then hunt till you get your deer then go back to fishing untill it ices over then go south for the winter and do teh sailfish marlin thing until next years Turkey comes in <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
Seriously I havn't put a musky in the boat but always wanted to fish for them. I was on Rocky Fork bass fishing and had one tear up a Balsa-B crank bait once.
Good Luck!

same thing here as with slayer, I haven't put many fish in the boat at all yet this year, and certainly nothing big, again same as slayer I hope for things to pick up as it starts to cool down...
