I have used the aqua vu. I love it.
It is definently worth the money.I was fishing in a huge lake in November
we were fishing for smallmouthes about 60 to 80 feet deep,We knew thats about the depth the fish would be but it was such a huge lake that we didnt know where to start. We started dropping the camera down on main lake points and humps and around the third point we dropped it on we saw 3 smallies just swimming around on it. So it saved on alot of time on fishing areas where fish were not even at.Also Its fun to drop it down and see what kind of structure is around.I have been on the water for 7 hours and never even threw a bait,I was just playing with the camera the whole day.
I say definantly get the aqua vu, you will not be dissapointed!!

I dont think you have to be real close to the fish.I have not relly tested the range, all I do is just drop it down and then kinda drag it around untill I see fish.
Its very easy and fun.
They sell for anywhere from around 200.00 up with the average being around 500.00
Of course you can get all kind of extras if you want like longer cord, ect.
Also you can look at the different brands and some are cheaper then others.

I was going to buy one, and then when i was on a fishing web site i asked about it and some guy told me he has tried it and liked it but he told me to wait for a little while, their is a new one coming out that will blow all other underwater cameras out of the water. he said that the aqua vu was good but when this new one comes out it will also lower the prices of all the other underwater cameras including the aqua vus. So im waiting.
