What is the wierdest thing that you have ever caught?

I was fishing for bullhead one night, useing a warm(real) and very light weight. I casted out, but couldn't see were too because it was so dark. I got a hit right away, I started reeling in. It was wierd because the line stayed high in the air. I thought maybe I had hit the tree that was close by, but i kept getting little tugs as I was reeling. Well I finally got my line reeled in close enough to see what I had it was a bat. I don't know who was freaked out more me or the bat. Well luckly he got loose before I reeled all the way in.

One other time when I was real young I caught myself in the back of the neck, man did that hurt.

wierdest thing i caught that i can think of was a giant snapping turtle...had to weigh atleast 45+lbs...i was fishing for some catfish with some beef liver and i get a hit start reeling..im like whoa this feels like a log....got it in and about died..all it dod to get away was turn its head and walk..i got 2 pics one before it snapped my line like nothing and one after when it was walking away...i cant believe i got him in on just 17lb test stren...you wouldnt believe how he just simply turned his head and walked like nothing...man that would suck to catch a dead body!!

A Browing BPS 3&quot; w/black synthetic stock still in the case. The worst part was I went out diving, looking for this gun 3 different times and never found it. Then when I went fishing about 10 yards from my search area and snagged the darn thing. The owners already collected the insurance money on it and didn't want it back so I got me a new shotgun.

Had a seagull pick up a topwater plug while fishing for smallies in Gowganda last August.Thank God he didn't get hooked!

I did catch a seagull before & a bullfrog& mussels & piecse of junk.

But never a shotgun( i wanta catch 1 !) or a body ( suprized i never did lol).

But i did catch while fishing with my son one nite in the nigara river a fish with legs . Didnt touch it just cut it loose... maybe just another mutant? lol
