Matt was drifting at the stern and got a nice mess of crappie.I boated a couple of bass..the biggest being 3.0
Got the fish on a rubber worm..deep water.They are not spawning yet..

Congrats Chuck, but why not post a pic..I was waiting to see a pic of it even though Ice will not be out until the middle of April it is still good to see one..

To be honest..the fish no doubt looks maybe 2 pounds..That has taught me not to judge other folks pictures..I swear the fish was 3.0pounds and nearly 19 inches..The photo looks much smaller..I should get 2 nice fish so I can delete that picture anyway..I generally have about 5 pics taken so I can post the best.one.this one is sad..but most of you folks know me good enough to kniow I'm honest..especially since it's for fun..That darn bass took me a good 30 seconds to reel in..It got tangled in my back motor..Matt was primairly crappie fishing.He got 7 keepers..I caught one more bass about 1 pound and lost a 1 pounder. I was bumping a worm Texas style.

We get a 3 day week end coimng up..I'll be bass fishing..Hopefully I can soon take off that bass and post some good ones,
