remmington 700 without a second thought.The other guns are good at holding distance at long ranges,but if your range is limited to 150yrds.the 30-06 works well at that range and has more than enough power to drop deer

For the situation you describe I'd probably go with the Savage in .308. At first I thought about the Model 7 but since you'll be in a tree stand or a blind the extra barrel length on the Savage should make for more comfortable shooting.
If you asked me to pick any of your choices for hunting deer anywhere, then I would without question go for the Browning X-Bolt in .25-'06. That'll take 'em from 4 yards to 400 (even further if you're up to the task), the gun is very well-balanced and ACCURATE. Make mine a Stainless Hunter, please.

I agree -- Remington 700 in .30-06. Having said that, all of these would work fine for deer. If you don't already have one, it can be said that everyone ought to have a .30-06 (it can be said . . . doesn't mean everyone would agree with this statement).
