RE: Federal Fusion Ammo?

I have used federal fusion ammo in .270 win to kill two bucks this year. Both deer were shot in the shoulder and dropped on the spot. both bullets were recovered and the core did not seperate from the jacket.

The best thing to do is try them in your rifle to know for sure. I bought some for my son's Weatherby Vanguard Stainless in .243 and he didn't have any problem posting m.o.a. with them. He took an atelope at a shade over 300 yards with the 95 grain load.

My brother is using them in his Remington 7400 30/06 carbine and gets about 1 1/2" - 2" groups which is about normal for that rifle.

You really got to try them to know.
