I've had a couple . The ultimate sniper/varmint stocks are nice . They are HEAVY . The fit was always good . the features are nice . If you have a heavy barreled gun - it will look nice . I stuck one on a sporter once ,,, there was too much barrel gap . I bought the folding sniper stock too . I didn't care for that one .

the one for the mauser I've got is extreemly light, it's a loud plastic (or whatever) and you slide your hand on it and I swear you could hear it 100 yards off (yep I'm sure that's stretching it a bit). Decent fit and it holds point of impact on my tweed (turk action, 6.5 sweed barrel).

I bought the ultimate sniper stock for my model 700 7mm rem mag and liked it alot. That was about 8 years ago. The stock came in O/D green and I painted it flat black. Shoots really nice, good palm swell on the pistol grip. Slapped a harris bi-pod on it. Check Brownell's for a good price.

Bought one for my Savage Model 12FV 22-250. I like it a lot. Thought it would be heavier than it is and am thinking about adding some weight to it to lessen the movement. Thinking about buying another for my Model 12FV in .223.
