Ok, I have had these hearing aids for about a month now, some days I want to chunck em, some days they help. In a noisy situtaion, like a crowded restaurant, they do not do me that much good. they are supposed to have a circuit on them for talking on phones to suppress feedback, however, the handsets on most phones have flat areas where you put them up to your ears, and the aids then get in the way of the handset. Big minus there !! I end up taking the darn things out to talk on the phone or my cell phone ~!~ At the office, they got me an adjustable volume control add on to the desk phone and that does help considerably. the jury is still out on them !!!! We'll see what happens.

Hang in there!!!!!!! And the darn thing sux in crowds! And at least you can hear on the phone..with or with out them.
