I was just wondering if anyone anywhere close to central ky (marion co) are offering any kind of hunts for disabled hunters on a strict budget?

i'd get signed up on buckmasters' listserve as they have hunts periodically for disabled hunters, or look for a state chapter of some disabled groups like the NCHS (north carolina handicapped sportsmen).

Ft. Campbell KY Deer Hunt

BADF and Ft. Campbell Army base in Ft. Campbell, KY will be hosting an either sex deer hunt on November 28-30. Many very nice deer are taken each year at Ft. Campbell and this is an excellent hunting opportunity.

Hunters may use either shotgun with slug, Muzzleloader or Archery equipment including crossbows. A TN or KY Big Game hunting license and a Ft. Campbell Annual Deer, Turkey and Fishing permit ($15.00) is required. Hunters must be at least 10 years old and posess a Hunter Safey card.

Hunters may use either a ground blind or treestand and may have a non-hunting companion with them during the hunt.

Lodging and food are available in the area and are the responsibility of the hunter.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS HUNT IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT ATTENDING. ALL SELECTED HUNTERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SEND A $25 DEPOSIT TO HOLD THIER SPOT. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE HUNTER ONCE THEY ARRIVE AT THE HUNT.

To apply please answer the questions and email to [email protected]. The hunters drawn will be notified within two weeks. Please have a subject line of Ft. Campbell Hunt with the message.
