that is the first pic I have of him. I zoomed on him and he is at least an 8, with brow tines he would be a 10. I have a non-typical on film in the same area with 6 points on his right side from half his ear out. I have been trying to find him again. I have a lot more pictures, a nice 8 and real nice 9. I also have a decent 8 and a huge fork that I hope make it through the next couple years.

thanks rack attack! I don't know how you did it but they look great! Now I just need to get you a picture of me and one of the big boys! Only 3 more weeks, seems like a year. Thanks again, and good luck!

My brother-in-law is SW Iowa Hunter, and we hunt the same areas and stands. He shot a whale of a 10 pointer out of a stand that he didn't want to hunt last year. He went to the stand to try and talk me into traveling and hunting with him. I moved in this area this year and plan to put a nice one on the wall this fall. Good luck everyone!

Hunter25- Greene County allows the youth shotgun season. I am unaware of anyone in the area hunting that weekend.

My farm is almost 800 acres and I plan to be out that weekend making an effort to kill a good one for the team.

How much ground do you have in Fulton?

Good luck all-

I mentioned earlier that there are two farms that I hunt. One is only 14 acres, but the other is close to 100. I actually hunt the 14 more than the 100. The 14 acre farm butts up to 500 acres of prime timber. Not for sure what I'd do if I had 800 acres to hunt...probably be second guessing my position on every hunt.

LLBUX, do you ever hunt near Siloam Springs State Park? It's about 15-20 miles east of Quincy.
