CONFUSED AND NEED SOME HELP!!

Default CONFUSED AND NEED SOME HELP!!

To tighten my string on my phoenix do i need to take both string dissapator pads off or leave them on.Also do i use the stringer to do this?Lastly,To change the string,is this something i can do with the stringer,anddo i need to take the dissapator pads off?

No, esp if you use the stringer. You only need to take the pads off (if) you leave the bow unstung for an extedned period of time...like over winter. (Not saying you have to unsting it even then).
Use the stringer to take the pressure off the bowstring then give the string a couple of twists to shorten it. If 2 is not enough do it again. Good luck.

Yes you can use the stringer to change the string too.
