bag for field points, foam for bheads. Of the foam type, the Rinehart 18-1 is nearly indestructible, and will take both types of points. You will want an arrow puller, check out the one Danny Miller makes and sells.

i take feed bag,50 cents and fill it with rags.
works great for field points which is all i shoot.
i use the spitfire mechinical 100 gr ones with target pointinserts.
i never use the hunting points as its not necessary as the field ones shoot to same spot as hunting points.
