laser sight

Default laser sight

Need to know if anyone has ever mounted a laser sight on there crossbow, I have an excalibur exocet.
what kind would you suggest, and how to mount. Thanks. Steve

Thats illegal for hunting in most states....I dont know what to tell you so far as mounting one...

That would be like putting K-Mart tires on a BMW. That bow w/ proper arrow setup is capable of being accurate to at least 50 yds, which while a tad long for shots on deer, could be fine for turkey,yotes, moose, ect. A multi range scope will take alot of the guess work out of the equation, try a V-zone or L-zone [lit reticule], imho.

Put on a red dot. They are great, although after years of using one, I now have a scope. The red dot will give you about the same visual effect as a laser, but are legal!

I have a three, red-dot scope that came with my Xbow. The problem for me is the three dots are so close that they seem to be together looking like a vertical line. This will be the last season for this one. Now I want some magnification for these old eyes.
