Can anyone tell me when Ohio deer start to loose their antlers?

From what I have seen in the past it is the end of January till the end of February, usually done by the first part of March. Not that I have ever looked hard in march, but I have never seen one witha rack in that month. I do not plan on going out and looking until thefirst part of March.
