My comfort zone is the 20 to 25 yard range. I feel that in this circle the deer does not have a chance and he is mine no matter what, as long as he gives me a shot. But I think after 25 yards the door of what ifs start to open a little. If I had to do it, and it was my best opportunity, I would say nothing over thirty five yards at a max, just to much can and will go wrong at and after that distance. But like I say, 25 and the deer does not have a chance!

I am very comfortable shootin a deers out to 35 yds. thats also my max. I am sighted in dead on at 25 and just put my xhair on spine at 35 falls into the heart area or middle of lungs! Can u say dead deers!
