RE: Gobbler #2
What kind of blind is that?
I tried to sit in my River Bottom blind and quickly realized that I didn't have enough room for the x-bow, not a problem with the scattergun, but I couldn't see making it work with my compound or x-bow.

The bird was from Surry. There have been 11 taken off the 3,000 acre tract and we're still seeing and hearing good birds along with many Jakes. Oh and a few misses too.
The blind is a Double Bull BS5 recurve height or the tall model in the Green Predator color. They do not make that style any more but you can still find them on Fleabay and a few other places here and there. I'm 6'4" and 280 and I have enough room to shoot a compound sitting or the xbow. I use a nice folding chair with arms and a modified golf push cart to haul it in or the ATV. This blind has been up a week or so in that spot. There is enough room in there for 2 people.
