Default Blue Cheese

How do you know when it's gone bad? Funny, but serious. I've had some in my fridge for about 2-3 weeks now since I was away for awhile, and it still tastes the same also looks the same too. Will things start moving when it gets too old?

I'm not sure that it goes bad, like make you sick. It does get kind of a runny outter layer on it after a while, thats when I chuck it. Usually I eat it pretty quick.

It never sets long enough in my house to go bad...

It'll last a long time in the fridge. A month at least.

If you die soon after eating it have your survivors throw it out ...

I have eaten blue cheese that was in my fridge for 6 months. Best cheese I had eaten in my life! I love a good sharp cheese! I didn't get sick BTW, 'course I didn't get sick after eating blue cheese dressing that was 3 years past the expiration date either!
